Email & deliverability
Outbound reputation, bounce handling, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and the operational loops that keep mail reaching the inbox — plus inbound parsing and routing when email is your product’s input channel.
Baker Assets LLC is the operating company behind the products we build, ship, and run in production. We work for developers, sysadmins, and platform teams — the people who debug DNS at 2 a.m. and trace a bounce chain before the coffee kicks in.
Our focus is the infrastructure layer that most applications depend on but rarely get right on the first try: email delivery and deliverability, DNS and naming, and the tooling that makes both understandable under real load.
Most of our experience is high-volume outbound email: ESP integrations, IP warming, MTA operations, and the internal routing that sits in front of them. We build products the way we wanted those tools to work — clear diagnostics, conservative defaults, and errors that tell you what broke and what to try next.
We are not a services agency or a venture studio rotating through pitches. We keep a deliberately small portfolio of products, operate them ourselves, and measure success in years of reliable use — not launch-day traffic spikes.
Outbound reputation, bounce handling, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and the operational loops that keep mail reaching the inbox — plus inbound parsing and routing when email is your product’s input channel.
Resolution across providers, WHOIS and RDAP, record validation, and the everyday checks infrastructure teams run before a cutover or an incident review.
Fast UIs, honest error messages, bulk workflows where they matter, and documentation written for the person on call — not the person approving the slide deck.
We run our own stack in production. Reliability, monitoring, and support are part of the product — not a post-launch afterthought.
We talk to users early, ship iteratively, and treat public docs and changelogs as first-class surfaces — the same way we expect from tools we rely on.
A small set of businesses means each one gets sustained attention. We would rather deepen a product than scatter effort across a catalog of experiments.
Each product is its own brand and site, built for a specific workflow. Baker Assets holds and operates the businesses behind them.
We operate DNSBuddy today. BounceAddress and InboundParse are in active development.
We are a fully remote team. For product questions, partnerships, or general inquiries, reach us by email.
